By creating an account or using Limit Break (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are intended for individual use.

The Service offers digital products and software access delivered as license keys and dashboard downloads. License keys grant the right to use the associated digital access tool under these Terms and any product-specific notices shown at checkout.

Orders are delivered digitally through your dashboard after processing/fulfillment. Some orders may require manual review or fulfillment by our team. We do not promise instant delivery in every case. If access cannot be delivered, our support team will review and work to resolve the order.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, license keys, and downloads. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing license keys or downloaded files is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

Products, features, and compatibility can change. We do not guarantee that any product will remain available, undetected, or compatible with any specific third-party software forever. Updates and ongoing support are not guaranteed indefinitely unless explicitly stated for a specific product.

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order, delivery state, and payment provider rules. If a paid product was not delivered or access could not be granted, contact support so we can review. We will not promise blanket “no refunds” in cases where required by law or payment provider policy.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the Service’s infrastructure; (c) resell, sublicense, or redistribute digital products without permission; (d) misuse, reverse-engineer, or harm the Service or other users.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limit Break is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, account bans by third-party platforms, or loss of data arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be surfaced on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
